Promotions offered by Aiyu Market are valid for a limited time and apply only to the products indicated. Promotions cannot be combined with other offers and are automatically applied at checkout. Promotions are valid from November 1 to December 31, 2024, unless otherwise stated in the offer description.
At Aiyu Market, we offer products purchased directly from stores in Japan. If the product doesn’t meet your expectations, you may request a return within 30 days of receipt, as long as the item is in its original, unopened, and unused condition. The return shipping cost will be borne by the customer unless the product is defective. Refunds are processed once we have received and inspected the returned items. This may take up to 7 business days after receiving the items. Order cancellations can be made at no charge within 24 hours of confirming the order. After that time, due to the nature of imported products and shipping schedules, we will not be able to cancel the order. For cancellations, email us at info@aiyujapan.com with your order number.

However, it is the customer’s responsibility to check import restrictions in their country before placing an order. Aiyu Market is not responsible for products held or confiscated by the customs of the destination country.
